TIME: Weigh-in from 8am-9am, Meet starts at 10am

LOCATION: Detroit Muscle Gym (Formerly known as Strength Depot), 736 Junction St, Plymouth, MI 48170

EVENTS: Bench Press Only, Deadlift Only, or Ironman (Combination of both)

COST: $25 Yearly MSO Membership Fee (Valid 1/1/25-12/31/25) + $20 Registration Fee

***There is a $5 processing fee for credit cards. At the end of online registration you will have the option of paying online or if you mail in a check you will not be charged the $5 online processing fee.
