IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ!!!! On Saturday, you must WEIGH IN between 8am-9am on Saturday ONLY! You must be weighed in by 9am or you will not be able to lift, no exceptions.
DATE: Saturday, March 9, 2024
Weigh in: 8am-9am (Competition starts at 10am)
LOCATION: Detroit Muscle Gym 736 Junction St, Plymouth, MI 48170
EVENTS: Bench Press Only, Deadlift Only, or Ironman (Combination of both)
COST: $25 Yearly MSO Membership Fee (Valid 1/1/24-12/31/24) + $15 Registration Fee
***There is a $5 processing fee for credit cards. At the end of online registration you will have the option of paying online or if you mail in a check you will not be charged the $5 online processing fee.
